IMPORTANT NOTE:

Due to the Royal Mail strikes there may be delays with deliveries of small parcels.
Royal Mail has warned that regular services are likely to be disrupted on the strike days and for several days afterwards.

Delivery

We usually ship all orders within 1-2 working days from the order date and we’ll keep you in the loop with the status of your order. We try to keep all the stock levels up to date on our website, but should anything not be in stock then we will contact you to discuss further options.

Christmas orders

Any UK orders placed by 11am on 20th December 2022 or International orders placed by 16th December 2022 will be dispatched in time to arrive before Christmas. Orders placed after this date may arrive after the Christmas period.
Please note that although our couriers will do their best to deliver our orders in time for Christmas, we can’t guarantee delivery, as this time of year is a very busy time for all couriers. Please order early to avoid disappointment.

Orders placed on or after the 21st December will be processed when we reopen after the Christmas break, on the 4th January 2023.

Mainland UK

Shipping is FREE to a UK mainland address when you spend more than £30, orders under £30 are charged at £6.00 per order.

In the UK we ship all our large packages with DX on a next day delivery service. DX will provide a 2 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. Smaller packages are usually sent with Royal Mail, however due to the Royal Mail strikes on the approach to Christmas, all small parcels will be sent with DX.

Offshore Islands & Highlands

The shipping price to Offshore Islands and Highlands varies, please enter your postcode at the checkout to calculate the delivery price.

International

We can ship to most international countries, please contact us in advance of placing an order.

Import taxes, duties and fees: Please note, any orders placed to be delivered outside the UK will not pay UK VAT on our website, this will be automatically deducted at the checkout. However, the parcel may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying these charges and they are usually be due before the parcel can be delivered. Sometimes the courier will request these fees are paid while the parcel is in transit to speed up the delivery process.
The charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Aerial Hoops goodies as much as we do, but if you’ve changed your mind or you’re not happy with them for any reason you can return any unused item to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days.

Extended Christmas returns/exchanges: Orders placed after 24th October 2022 can be returned or exchanged until 6th January 2023.

We look at each return on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making each and every one our amazing customers happy!

To return an item this is what you need to do:

  1. Contact us – This step is important! Before you send anything back to us let us know what you’d like to return. We’ll reply to you as soon as we can with the information you need to return your item.
  2. Prepare your parcel – Please make sure the items you’re returning are well packaged to prevent the items being damaged in transit.  Also it’s a good idea to photograph your parcel before you send it, incase the parcel is damaged by the courier.
  3. Send your parcel – You are responsible for the return postage costs, unless the item is incorrect or faulty. You are also responsible for the items until they reach us. We recommend you insure the parcel for an appropriate amount. Please remember to obtain proof of postage when returning items, if a returned item is lost in the post you will be responsible and we won’t be able to issue you a refund or replacement.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on aerial equipment that has had a load applied to it. If you return any items to us that are not in unused condition (unless you’re returning a faulty item) we reserve the right to reduce the amount to be refunded, or return the item to you.

Any taped hoops are custom taped to order in the colour of your choice, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/retaping fee of £15 on a returned hoop.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and the funds should appear on your bank statement within 14 working days of us receiving your returned items.

Faulty Items

We’re very sorry if you’ve received a faulty item! Before you return your item to us for a replacement or refund, please get in touch with us via email, or phone as we may be able to save you a trip to the post office!

Late Deliveries

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will make sure you have your parcel as soon as possible!
